This presentation would like to give how academic profession could be involved with an industry mortality construction so that it is theoretical proven to be credible. Theory of the mortality study, numerical methods employed in the graduation of the mortality curve, as well as statistical applications will be presented. This topic may give overview of some common practice in some countries.
