You've got to bus stop "Itami Airport", then go to Osaka Monorail "Osaka Kukou" station. Buy the ticket to "Banpaku-Kinen Koen" (360JPY).

Walk to "Banpaku Kinen Kouen Station," buy the ticket to "Handai-Byoin Mae" Station (240JPY).
