Note:
1) The organizing committee reserves the right to alter any of the arrangements
for this meeting, including cancellation of the event caused by unforeseen
circumstances requiring such action. In the special circumstances that
the entire event has to be cancelled, the organizing committee will not
be liable to other associated costs; e.g. accommodation and traveling expenses,
and any inconvenience incurred to the participants due to the cancellation.
Therefore, we kindly ask all the participants to arrange for their own
travel insurance against possible troubles.
2) Participant should obtain visa by himself/herself if necessary for stay
in Japan. If an invitation letter is necessary for visa application, please
